Agency fees

Real Estate Sale in Luxembourg :

Our commission for a real estate sale is 3% of the sale price, plus VAT.

Property Rental:

the agency fees for renting amount to on month's rent + VAT, to be split 50/50 between the landlord and the Tenant 

Business Assets :

Our commission for the transfer of a business is 10% of the transaction amount, plus VAT.
